DELIVERY The tree is watered before carefully packed by one of our experienced staff on site. It comes in a cardboard box lined with straw. (We try to use as much recycling material as possible) The box is addressed to the customer or a specified name and address and sent out overnight delivery to arrive on the customer’s requested date. The delivery charges below are based on your entire order, not on individual products. Vouchers – no delivery charge £2.50 for order up to £14.99 in value £8.75 for orders £15.00 – £29.99 in value £11.50 for orders £30.00 – £39.99 in value £18.50 for all orders over £40.00 in value Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles may encounter a surcharge, as well as longer delivery service. You can select a target delivery date of your choice when placing your order. Orders containing our engraved plaques may take slightly longer so please allow for this when placing an order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship the items requested, or we decide on reasonable grounds not to do so we will offer a refund to your original payment method. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY Any order that is cancelled either wholly or partially, before being packed leaving our nurseries is guaranteed a full refund. You may cancel an order after it has been dispatched if delivery is refused or if you return the goods in the original packaging within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods. We will not be responsible for the cost of the carriage. We do recommend that you obtain tracking information in the event that an item may go missing as this will allow you to claim against the carrier. On cancellation, you acknowledge that the goods are not damaged and that you accept risk on returning the goods. We are unable to refund the carriage charge on unwanted goods. Refunds are processed once the goods arrive back with to us. Please note that the right to cancel and receive a refund will not apply if your order contains personalised goods such as engraved plaques. Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods ENQUIRIES We are committed to providing an excellent service and will always welcome your comments. Regular trade customers are welcome to set up net 30-day account upon completion of a credit application and subject to approval and credit limit. Future purchases for trade customers who have been granted terms have 30 days from time of order to make payment. If an order is not to be delivered within the 30-day period, the trade customer must put a deposit of 50% of the tree value in order to hold the goods. The balance must be paid within 30 days of delivery.
