Rose Penelope is a delicious fragrant bushy rose with large trusses of lovely semi-double blush white flowers with delicately frilled edges and charming stamens. The Penelope flower, flowers from summer to autumn. Pretty coral-pink hips follow. A large shrub rose with dark green foliage that can be grown in borders, hedges, containers or even as a small climber. It will thrive in moist well-drained soil, sun, and partial shade in all aspects.
