The strong rich fragrance of Arthur Bell makes it a must for any garden, it can be planted in beds, borders or patios. This rose is an excellent cutting variety to give pleasure in a home. Tolerant of poor soil and shade so very versatile as it likes the sun too.
A beautiful rose with large clusters of buttery yellow petals that repeat flowers over the year.
