Description
The Gingko Biloba Tree is a superb specimen tree with magical fan-shaped bright green leaves which turn a clear yellow in autumn. Gingko also makes a very good street tree and is ideal in towns and cities as it combats atmospheric pollution. It is a slow growing long-lived deciduous broadleaf tree, originally from China.
The biloba tree can eventually reach heights of up to 30m/100ft or so it has a presence even when young. Ginkgo should not be pruned as this will result in die-back. It suffers very little from pests or diseases.
