Description
The Golden Wedding Rose is a Floribunda rose with a bushy upright habit bearing dark glossy green leaves and clusters of beautiful golden yellow roses usually throughout the summer and autumn, followed by showy red rosehips enjoyed by wildlife. These roses have a slight fragrance but are grown for their wonderful golden hybrid – tea style roses giving much pleasure from summer to autumn.
The Golden Wedding rose likes sunshine, is good in borders in well drained moist soil and can do well in a pot, provided it is fed and watered.
Little pruning is required and should be done while the plant is dormant. Dead head regularly throughout the flowering period helps the rose to produce more flowers.
