Description
Accolade is a graceful spreading tree with a cloud of rose-pink, semi double flowers emerging from deep pink buds in April-May, fading to a pale pink. Green foliage turns to attractive orange and red in autumn before losing its leaves. Ornamental cherries like full sun in moist fertile well-drained soil. They prefer loam soil but will grow on clay or sand. Plant in a north, south or west facing position.
Accolade is fully hardy and suitable for small gardens.
