Flowering Almond 'Spring Glow'

The Flowering Almond tree: Spring Glow is a beautiful self-fertile tree giving much pleasure on cold grey days in early to mid-spring. A spreading deciduous tree it has a glorious display of long-lasting deep pink single flowers on bare purple branches followed by lance-shaped, tapered green leaves which develop into wine red and golden orange colour well into autumn. This almond blossom has insignificant small spherical fruit that appears in summer.
