The prices of the goods are as stated on the website and are inclusive of any applicable value added tax. We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Delta, and Visa. Card payment is taken at the time of ordering. Trees Direct use Shopify and Paypal for assured secure online payments for all of our customers.

Delivery

Our trees are quality-checked and watered before being packed in cardboard boxes by our experienced staff on site.

In the current climate an order can sometimes be delayed through no fault of ours, therefore we encourage customers to allow leeway when booking in gardeners or deliveries for celebrations or memorials.

While we endeavour to deliver on your preferred delivery date, we may occasionally be limited on the amount that can be collected by couriers per day especially during peak periods in the year. We will contact you if delivery is delayed.

When the tree arrives, open and remove it carefully from the box. If planting it immediately, follow instructions on the label attached to the tree and water well. If there is a delay in planting, leave the tree in a protected area and periodically check if tree needs water.

Bare rooted tree orders will come with their own set of instructions on how to care for the trees before planting. Please note bare-rooted trees are only available from November to late March/April when the weather is cold and the trees are dormant.

Once your tree is planted it will spread its roots, and will grow to give years of pleasure and help our wildlife.

The size of the trees is approximate to that stated on our website. A tree is a living being and the quality, shape and health of the tree is our priority and a better shaped healthy tree chosen might be slightly smaller than stated.
