The Gingko Biloba Tree is a superb specimen tree with magical fan-shaped bright green leaves which turn a clear yellow in autumn. Gingko also makes a very good street tree and is ideal in towns and cities as it combats atmospheric pollution. It is a slow growing long-lived deciduous broadleaf tree, originally from China.
The biloba tree can eventually reach heights of up to 30m/100ft or so it has a presence even when young. Ginkgo should not be pruned as this will result in die-back. It suffers very little from pests or diseases.
Fully hardy and likes sun and semi-shade and most soils and shelter from cold winds

The tree is watered before being carefully packed by one of our experienced staff on site. It comes in a cardboard box lined with straw. (We try to use as much recycling material as possible) The box is addressed to the customer or a specified name and address and sent out overnight delivery to arrive on requested dates.
Please note the size of the tree that you are ordering, as our trees are provided for our clients to plant themselves, which may appear at a small size rather than the fully grown tree as shown in the photos. To find out more information, please visit our Delivery & Returns page.
