Pretty as well as productive, Herefordshire Russet are available on two different rootstocks with one able to be grown in a large pot on a patio. Description

Herefordshire Russet is noted for its abundant cropping that ripens in October. The apples are small to medium fruit with a golden russet skin and a delicious rich aromatic flavour, similar to a Cox. Good for juicing too. Easy to grow, very hardy, and disease resistant.

A well-spurred tree, well-shaped and fairly vigorous. Pretty as well as productive, Herefordshire Russet apple trees are available on two different rootstocks with one able to be grown in a large pot on a patio.
History: Despite its name, Hereford Russet is a modern variety bred by Hugh Ermen in Kent in 2002. Parentage Cox’s Orange Pippin x Golden Delicious.

Delivery & Returns

The tree is watered before being carefully packed by one of our experienced staff on site. It comes in a cardboard box lined with straw. (We try to use as much recycling material as possible) The box is addressed to the customer or a specified name and address and sent out overnight delivery to arrive on requested dates.

Please note the size of the tree that you are ordering, as our trees are provided for our clients to plant themselves, which may appear at a small size rather than the fully grown tree as shown in the photos.
