All the trees available on Trees Directs site have approximate measurements. Every tree grows at a different rate so please be aware that all measurements in each range might arrive as smaller or taller than expected. We endeavour to send a tree of the stated size but also prefer to send a better shaped tree rather than a tree that matches the height range. Please understand that all trees in the range would be of the same age and a smaller tree once planted will catch up its bigger brother/sister!

We cannot guarantee that the tree you will receive will be the same measurement as the tree in the range you have ordered from. Be patient, and enjoy the tree as it grows, nature is like a child, all shapes and sizes
