The Beech tree is one of the UK’s most impressive native species. The beech plant can eventually grow up to 25 metres in height. The Beech is identified by its smooth and silvery bark and during the colder months the leaves turn a caramel orange colour and do not drop, meaning the beech provides a dash of colour year round.
