Cox's Orange Pippin is self fertile with sweet and juicy orange & red stripped apples in autumn. A very reliable cropper.
Apple trees are a pretty shape, with a tall trunk and branches which become gnarled as they age. Deciduous with oval or elliptic green leaves, apples produce a glorious show of blossom in spring opening white from pink buds. Fruit is produced in late summer and autumn.
Apples are fully hardy prefer a deep rich loamy soil.
